What made me train as a hypnotherapist?
A few years ago, while going through some difficult times I came across a life coach.
I was astounded at how fast you can make changes to your life when you have a healthier perspective on things. That re-ignited my interest and passion for matters of the mind and soul.
In 2016, I completed a course and became a life coach, NLP practitioner and hypnotherapy practitioner.
However, I didn’t stop there. I wanted to study further and in 2017 I graduated a medical diploma in clinical hypnotherapy. The skills and insights that I gained enables me to use hypnotherapy safely as a useful clinical tool capable of enhancing other clinical treatments.
